    Jessica is the CEO and Founder, providing strategic vision and leadership to drive the organization’s mission forward. She leads key initiatives and oversees culturally responsive health navigation for Mandarin-speaking communities, and builds cross-county partnerships to deliver resource support. Through needs assessments and warm referrals, Jessica ensures individuals are connected to critical city and state resources.

  • Community Health Worker
    (She/Her/Hers)

    Amber is a Community Health Worker with experience helping bridge gaps in care through outreach, education, advocacy, and support—especially in underserved and marginalized communities. With a background in medical technology and years of lab experience, she brings both technical knowledge and deep compassion to her work. Amber moved to the U.S. in 2019, is passionate about both human and animal well-being, and proudly cares for her energetic 18-year-old cat. Outside of work, she enjoys sports like badminton, table tennis, swimming, and pool.

  • Small Business Support Specialist

    Jerry is an experienced and community-focused Small Business Support Specialist with over 7 years of expertise in economic empowerment, entrepreneurship training, and workforce development—particularly within immigrant and refugee communities. He is skilled in cultivating cross-sector partnerships, developing culturally responsive training programs, and securing funding to advance small business initiatives. Jerry is passionate about promoting economic justice and building inclusive, sustainable pathways to community resilience and growth.

    Originally from Taiwan, Joe has lived in Portland since 2015 and brings a strong cultural perspective to his work. He has experience bridging gaps in care through outreach, education, and advocacy, with a deep commitment to underserved and marginalized communities. Joe is passionate about community engagement and actively supports People of Color and LGBTQ+ initiatives.
